Our Internet (yahoo) group will serve as the forum for the Catbalogan.com readers and visitors to
enhance our participation and contribute ideas. Just like a virtual town meeting, every day of the year to
achieve our mission of serving our hometown and the whole Island of Samar to achieve Our Mission and
Vision.

To make our people and our community as a whole, participatein making Catbalogan globally recognized - thru the Internet.
To educate and encourage our community to be the model forprogress using the modern communication as a median.
To raise and acquire the necessary resources needed formaking our small town center for technology upliftment and education.
